Why do the soldiers hold back Hopper and Mike when they're trying to rescue El? Surely, they wanted El to be rescued. That was kind of the whole point of what they were doing.
Seems like an illogical choice for dramatic effect to me. Kind of a cliché.

I hate to toot my own horn 😇, but I'd like to think that my LGBTQ space opera trilogy is the SF equivalent of #HeatedRivalry. Come on, HBO, it'd make a great TV series! The excitement of Star Wars with the world-building of #GoT and the romance of Heated Rivalry all in one... Guaranteed winner! 🤩

I haven't seen Heated Rivalry yet, but the way these straight hockey YTs are reacting to it is totally amazing. Kudos for their open-mindedness about an especially explicit show. Anything that makes m/m romance mainstream is something I'm totally here for. I'm hoping it'll happen for LGBTQ SF next.
