Well, I finally did it!
I made it a whole year without missing a Wordle! 🥳🤩
It was a word I'd been waiting to come up for a long time, too.

My sunflowers blossomed this week. I grew two varieties this year—Heirloom and Mammoth. The tallest Mammoth is almost 12 feet tall. The one that blossomed already is about 10 feet tall.

I captured some photos of them.

I've been noticing this for quite some time, so I finally asked ChatGPT about the concentration level required for writing a novel. The answer didn't surprise me at all. So, if you have a writer in your family, try to be understanding.

This year's sunflower and pollinator garden is doing well. The largest sunflower is already 5 feet tall. The coneflowers are blooming and the blanket flower is about twice as big as last year. However, it's got a weird twinning thing going on. Still, they look pretty.

Finally, Perrin's story blossoms too.
This season is just fantastic!
Please, please, please stick the landing next week!

So far, the third season of The Wheel of Time has been excellent.

It feels like the show is back on track with the books. Lots of great character scenes too, with a surprise appearance from a popular The Expanse star.

Che strano!
Here, it looks like this. If we weren't on Bluesky, I'd say it was a toxic WH conspiracy.

I developed my own color film for the first time ever. It wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be.

This is possibly one of the best dog portraits I've ever taken. 🐶❤️ His name is Dakota and he's 8 yrs old.

Taken with the Mamiya 645 Pro with the 80mm lens and Kodak Ektar 100 film.

They're so fascist that being in the party is now mandatory. Meta is forcing people to follow DJT on FB.

I did not follow him, but after a tip off, I found that I was. They'd added him to my following list without my permission. 😠 Check and make sure they didn't do it to you as well.

I looked up Hermann Rorschach to check the spelling of his name, and is it just me, or does he look rather dishy? He sort of looks like the proof that Brad Pitt was a time traveler. 🤣

Please excuse the poor quality photo shot through the window (I haven't gotten dressed yet), but that's some real snow, y'all. It's the neighbor's house.

It's way more than the 1/2" and ice they were predicting last night. Definitely the most snow I've seen since I left Asheville in 2015.
