I know this isn't an original thought. But maybe it is time for the public to own basic goods and service providers. Stop buying from billionaires and buy from assets we own. The taxes will just be shoved to us anyway. The money needs to circulate between us not up to them.

And to be clear, these people aren't renovating these houses to flip or rent them, they're living in them. They're helping their family members and friends buy more houses in the same neighborhood, it's literally becoming a safe and loving community filled with families again, more so than ever.

And *STILL* all the white people who still live here hate and despise the Hispanic families. I'm grateful for them. This neighborhood is safer, my dads house went up in value, crime has dropped, and I actually started to talk to the neighbors because it feels safe to befriend them.

I live in a fully red state, the neighborhood I grew up in used to be filled with families, just to be over ran by white drug addicts and alcoholics. About 10 years ago Hispanic families started buying up bad properties when the addicts left, and renovated those houses, now they're livable&beautiful
