Just took a quick walk in Church Hill:
• Only Broad has been plowed; every other street appears to be a solid sheet of ice
• If a sidewalk hasn't been shoveled, it's covered in 2" ice

We might inch above freezing Monday with some luck, but likely to stay in the 20s to near 30 Tuesday through Friday.
