Gameboy Pokemon TCG-styled pixel warmups from yesterday: ## 191 and 192 - Sunkern and Sunflora! 🌻🌞

A collection of small pixel art illustrations featuring the grass type pokemon Sunkern and Sunflora. Sunkern is seen floating through a meadow of tall leaf blades, with a clear summery sky and strong sunlight. Sunflora is joyously basking in the sun in the middle of a sunflower field, with its leaves wide open.

Two versions of each picture are featured, the first following the old GBC Trading Card Game color limitation with only 4 colors; the second one has a slightly enhanced palette that uses two different ramps, as seen in the sequel unreleased to the west: Pokémon Card GB2 GR dan sanjou!

Little pixel art illustration of the two pokemon Bonsly and Sudowoodo.
On the left the illustrations use four colors only, while on the right they use six from two different palettes, arranged in small tiles, following the old gbc limitations.
Bonsly is sitting on the edge of an old wooden porch with a surprised expression as big raindrops start to fall and one hits its face.
Sudowoodo has found some shelter under a rocky cliff, as heavy rain falls on the mountain range. A single raindrop hits its branches, making the rock pokemon shiver.

retro pokemon sprites of three dragon mons
first has a small body with large, finlike hands. its body is textured like wood.
second is more ornate with a slightly longer body, like a canoe shape. its fins have grown larger.
third has many curled pieces of mane and tail, made to look like carved wood in a figurehead. it has three sets of large fins meant to evoke oars, while each one now has a round, shield shape. it's meant to somewhat resemble a viking longship.

shiny palette colors.
whirlip goes from browns to greenish gray.
hynoe goes from browns to pale green and teal.
dragark goes from red and gold to blue and gold.
