You don’t need to “have it worse” to be valid in the abuse/trauma you went through

I don't know who needs to hear this but you don't typically make up trauma for fun. you don't normally generate shit you're extremely ashamed about and have not spoken about to others for "entertainment" or "attention". you don't usually craft a lie and never speak of it in order to be "dramatic"
