I was happy to join Commerzbank CEO Bettina Orlopp and @eib.org VP Nicola Beer in Frankfurt for the signature of an important financing agreement for investments that will deliver cheaper, more reliable energy for households and businesses in cities across Germany.
Together with Commerzbank, we are powering Germany's green transition, supporting €1.2 billion of new financing across the country.
This initiative will empower local energy partners, unlocking finance for projects on the ground⤵️
