Glad 2 see SF largely sitting the out the protests. We dont help the cause—& theres an argument we hurt it. But TBH I dont think its useful to protest at all anymore. When was the last time they accomplished anything? Boycotts & other types of organized action seem like the way forward now #handsoff

It’s a much needed rest day and my left quad is *concerningly* sore but I saw a clip of some random person running and now I really want to run. Is there a 12 step program for this?
