A lovely parkrun with a super-friendly and encouraging team. I was pleased to get 30:20 and Steve came in ahead of me at 29:06. Fabulous big breakfast in the cafe afterwards.

It was a damp and windy one today. Steve came in at 28:07 with me not too far behind at 28:50. Windy weather slowed us down a little heading west but made for an invigorating run. Treated ourselves to a good old-fashioned breakfast at Belchers afterwards. #loveparkrun

I'm going to the beach clean on Sunday, May 25th, from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. It starts on the beach behind Sea Lanes, with all the gear you need to get stuck in and @southdownsleisure and @sealanesbtn are treating all volunteers to a complimentary ice cream cone. Join me!
