There have only been two weeks since 1978 where the top 5 teams in DVOA all lost.
1991 Week 13 (WAS, KC, HOIL, NO, BUF)
2014 Week 2 (SEA, DET, SF, MIN, NYJ)
Obviously, Week 2 isn't that big a deal since it was based on a single week of play.
