Going over rogue trader's new patch and there's a talent that lets you use agi instead of str to determine weapon damage but it's for aeldari/drukhari melee weapons only

Blind fight and spell pen, yeah. Spell pen is whatever bc as a caster you'd want it anyway but blind fight is an annoying req esp if you've prepared see invis or faerie fire thinking it's enough. But the endgame faes Need blind fight. If you're playing a feat tax-heavy class it's awful
