Wanted my 100th half-marathon distance run to be special so I chose to run the scenic loop at Red Rock Canyon which is around 13 miles with a LOT of elevation gain/descent. Also set my HR Zone goal to keep me in Z3 or Z2. In a word this was a tough run (the day before I had ran 10miles). #running

The 80s movie Summer School kinda does this. There’s a student that asks to use the bathroom. It’s the beginning of the movie and then he shows up to graduate from summer school on the very last day of school and is just forgot about for the entire movie until that point.

Just once I wanna see a Friday the 13th character who is a distance runner. Sees shit start to go down and just goes “town is 20 miles from here - I can make that”, grabs his Hokas, a few gels and takes off. End of the movie you see them get to town, upload the run to Strava. Roll credits. #running

Paradoxically, shutting down legal sites grows the bad sites, much as Prohibition grew the illegal alcohol industry. When everyday people can't access adult content on legal sites, they look for it elsewhere — on illegal sites, where they're more likely to enounter CSAM and other criminal content.
