Wanted my 100th half-marathon distance run to be special so I chose to run the scenic loop at Red Rock Canyon which is around 13 miles with a LOT of elevation gain/descent. Also set my HR Zone goal to keep me in Z3 or Z2. In a word this was a tough run (the day before I had ran 10miles). #running
