I went to the same school as Tom Stoppard, and our theatre was named after him - the place I spent all my lunch breaks once I was old enough to gain a "theatre kid" identity. So his name is indelibly connected to my childhood.

Look, I love the BBC, I tend to reject any calls of bias against it - it tends to mostly be people who just want total endorsement of their views from the Beeb. But even the Labour sceptics must admit that this front page is, at the very least, skewed.

One advantage of having a baby who decided that he was going to have his longest awake period yet at midnight is that I ended up still awake myself for a prime time Bills game.

Not sure the most recent series of The Bear has got the goods. The first two series, each episode felt like it had such purpose. A lot of these are just... A loose assemblage of scenes. Some of the scenes are good! Just misses some vitality.

It may be a bit trite to say, but having just experienced four days with the NHS, they really are incredible. Underfunded, understaffed, but the midwives we encountered at every step of a slightly complicated journey have been absolutely sensational. Oh and I'm a Dad now??

Such a shame who they voted out first in Traitors - that person gave a flawless (correct) defense of why they were not a traitor, plus they were one of the more interesting personalities there imo.

Drew Struzan is one of those artists who effectively redefined their art form, as important to the movie poster as Saul Bass. Impossible to choose a favourite, but I love him applying his signature style to the Muppets.
