Is it weird to say I think milky spit up is worse than poop. Maybe just because he poops once a day and spit up all the time. It gets all sour and gross.

So the farm we're staying at out here in New England had to have their 20yo horse out to sleep today. If that wasn't sad enough the other horse is wandering about the body and is lying down outside near it (it's 1:22am) and it's absolutely heartbreaking to see 😭

Very novel bird watching for me on holiday in New England! Eastern bluebird, bluejay, Downey/hairy woodpecker, chickadee, white breasted nuthatch, dark eyed junco, mourning dove, raven, tufted titmouse, red bellied woodpecker, cardinal, red breasted nuthatch

A Reform leaflet came through the door so I opened it, handed it back and said "No." It was a brown lad delivering it so I assume (and hope) they're just paying leaflet droppers. Imagine having to drop those rags off.

Do smokers not realise how much fags permeate into everything they own. When ordering stuff from vinted I know instantly when it's come from a smokers house 🤮

I've done a workout 3 nights in a row and have definitely slept better because of it. I've also lost 3lbs over the last 2 weeks, so feel positive I'm going in the right direction 🙌

My post partum body is not recognisable as me. I have split abs (which I'm having physio to fix) that cause a big bully at the top of my belly. This makes clothes difficult. As someone who enjoys expressing myself through clothes this has been really upsetting. I have a wedding in a few weeks..

Rain head!
Hummingbirds will feed in the rain unless it gets really bad then they hunker down. This feeder is under cover so they can feed in a dry area. The rain has died down a bit now, monsoon continues for us with more rain/storms tonight and all day tomorrow.
