I've been reading Simplicius for years and I appreciate the depth of background knowledge, the big picture analysis, and care in not jumping to conclusions while discussing what might or could be true. There is also a lot of pretty granular combat reporting that I personally don't find as useful.

Can we acknowledge that "dead Gaza babies" was not Van Jones' punchline -- the punchline was "Diddy." It's not any better morally that the set up for the joke was a 3x repetition of "dead Gaza babies." Clever way to get Maher's live audience to laugh at dead babies.
