NCLC is proud to support passage of the Road to Opportunity Act to end the Massachusetts practice of taking away driver’s licenses for reasons that have nothing to do with unsafe driving, such as unpaid parking tickets and toll fees, or failure to update a mailing address. #ProtectConsumers #Mapoli
An unpaid toll or parking ticket shouldn't keep you from getting to work, to school or to the doctor.

My budget proposal would bring Massachusetts laws in line with other states and end license non-renewals for debts that don't relate to public safety.
