Continued… it may not seem like much but besides interrupting my sleep, I also couldn’t use my cpap machine for the night (as the tubing needs to dry) so I was a bit paranoid and didn’t fall asleep until a bit later.

I may butcher explaining this but I was sleep”walking” (more like sleeping-acting as I didn’t get up out of bed) & pushed my cpap machine off my nightstand & the water from the humidifier then got into the tubing and made a loud bubbling noise and disturbed my sleep, so that’s why I am exhausted 🙃.
