Just spent an hour on the phone with my mum in the UK. Lots of drama including faulty boiler (it's the thermostat she keeps banging), the hedges are too high (she employs a 4ft 10" gardener! 🤷♂️), leaking garage roof (my sister said it'll collapse and mum believes her completely.
