I agree but it was not always this way - I used to be able to disagree with people on social media and have a polite discussion that allowed for divergent views and for learning from each other’s perspectives. Algorithms that prioritise engagement and sensationalism killed that.

I the unachievability of making something universally accessible is why I prefer inclusive design. Yes we should aspire to a world where things work for everyone but let’s have a modicum of realism there will be choices made as to who gets included / excluded in any project.
