In her weekly update post, Inori-sensei elaborated on the decision to end the #wataoshi manga after the Revolution arc, and addressed rumors that vol 12 will be the last volume. My guess is that we will have two more volumes before the end of the series, possibly even three.

On October 19, it was announced that the manga adaptation of "I’m in Love with the Villainess" will conclude with the events of Part 1 of the original novel.
To everyone who expressed their sadness, to those who said they would support it until the end, and to all who have continued to follow the series quietly, I sincerely thank you.

I know everyone wanted to see Part 2 drawn by Aonoshimo-sensei.
That feeling is shared by all involved, including myself and the artist.
For example, Volume 11 ranked No. 2 in Amazon’s Women’s Comics Bestseller List.
Sales are not poor.
However, even great works tend to decline in sales as they continue.
Since Part 2 would have been longer than Part 1, we concluded that it was best to finish the series while it is still popular, rather than risk an unwanted cancellation later.

Readers of my works know that everything must eventually come to an end.
What matters just as much as "when" it ends is "how" it ends.
We will do our best to make the final “Revolution Arc” the best story it can be.
There are rumors that Volume 12 will be the last, but there is no such fact at this time.
Aonoshimo-sensei is taking great care with this arc, so please continue to watch Rae and Claire’s love until the end.
