I've had this idea of a spiral head/snail head for a while but never really expanded on it, I just liked how it looked! So I meditated on the spiral, and thought about how we tend to experience reoccurring themes throughout our lives.

Honestly, the best way to make an artist’s day is by being very specific about what you like about a piece. Geek out a lil. Gush over how they use line, color, texture. Every mark is layed down by the artist, so if you can connect with those little moments, it helps the artist feel seen.

I'm entering week 4 of working out. Just simple stuff but the difference has been insane for me. I was sedentary for 5 years and *everything* hurt. I feel like my body belongs to me again 🥹 I'm still dealing with knee & hip pain but working out has made it easier to adapt to diff ways of moving!

I really appreciate that the trend is “art at the beginning of COVID vs. now” instead of “after COVID” as I have seen done in the past in other socmed. COVID still hasn’t passed! You all please still take care of your health 🙏🏻💕
