Plenty of sleep = nothing done due to exhaustion
Little sleep + back pain from shifted pelvis = reorganize kitchen, freeze freshly made turkey stock, make turkey pot pie to use up leftovers, make fresh tomato sauce with this year's garden tomatoes, etc.
Gotta keep moving or the pain catches up!

Nothing like being a gastroparesis sufferer and finding out that one of your 'safe foods' is tainted with lead.
I was consuming about 10-12 serving per week of the brand I use, and now I'm finding out that it should be no more than 4.75 servings per week due to lead in the product. 🙃

Our tests of popular dairy, beef, and plant-based protein products found plant-based options had the highest lead levels, 9x as much as dairy and 2x as much as beef. Even dairy powders weren’t risk-free: half were too contaminated for safe daily use.
