She fell off a bridge after being scared by a truck.

The last 2 months have been hard with her confidence shot. But things have changed a lot. Her tail is wagging, she is coming alive again and she has even found love.

I wrote this yesterday - Starmer could still turn his premiership around, if he finally, FINALLY, finds the courage to address the grubby circs which allow people like Mandelson to rise so far. bylinetimes.com/2026/02/07/t...
'The Mandelson-Epstein Scandal Is an Opportunity for Starmer to Radically Reform Our Broken Politics'
The Prime Minister should use this moment to shine a light on the dark forces corrupting our democracy, argues former British diplomat Alexandra Hall Hall

McSweeney is gone. Time for Starmer to try to salvage his government by launching long overdue proper action to address all the flaws in our political system - peerages, patronage, cronyism, party finances, MPs revolving door, appointments, ministerial code, business interests, Leveson, etc etc.

Then I stumbled right back out again.

Have been working on Atlas for just over 2 months.

He is a street dog who had nobody. This was his future. His ending.

In the last 48 hours we’ve been beside ourselves with worry but he made it. Look at those first steps ❤️

Hi folks, I rarely post, but seeing this is a very nice, interesting, intelligent, informative and above all safe environment to interact, I shall endeavour to post my musings on some basis....cos I'm aghast at what's going on, so I need experts. Thanks folks 👍

@monkemma.bsky.social and I both are thrilled with the result, and incredibly grateful that the reception has been so good.

Now, planning for the next one, we would love it if you guys wanted to send us any ideas, subjects or any burning issues that you feel could use a bit of debunking.

Hi Bear. Loved the podcast with [email protected] (didn't get that right, nope).
Kinda have to sort the audio going forward. You were muffled and Emma had a megaphone in comparison. Keep up the good work Bear and Emma 🫠

This boy badly needed our help today.

To anybody who comments on my posts / shares / supports my work this is the only way I can say thanks. By using the good will and support to spend time helping the dogs who need it most and who have no one.

Have a lovely holidays 💕

I finally left the NHS today.

Not because of the work (which I loved), but because my bandwidth collapsed like a flan chucked against a wall.

I’m scared. I’m relieved. I’m going to hide under a coffee table until this all feels normal.
My “One Day I’ll Use This” Resignation Letter Just Got Used
I resigned from the Health Service today, and I’m still not entirely sure whether this is bravery or stupidity. Too late now, I suppose!

You are so lovely Bear. Really appreciate you. Love especially when you are at your 'prickly' best. You slice through the bullshit with ease, your compassion shines, your intellect at disection of the mood of people's thoughts as to how they might think one way or the other.
I love you 😍

Or how about asking:

"If Jeffrey Epstein was a pervert and a horrible person, what does that make Ghislaine Maxwell?"

or:

"Your own intelligence community concluded that MBS ordered the murder of Jamal Khashoggi, so why would you say he had nothing to do with it? Or call him 'highly respected'?"
