Everytime I draw Maeth's slayer form, I think about that description from Bloodborne ''Clerics transformed into the most hideous beasts.'', it simply fits (Maeth ain't a cleric class wise, but he's deeply religious),

Maeth's gender has always been fluid only it took him/her over a hundred years to finaly understand and acknowledge it. Tho I like to think that given Sceleritas was Maeth's caretaker (pretty much), and always stayed by his/her side during all his/her Bhaalist years,
