Is that really novel though?
The nation has a white supremacist culture, and racial supremacy is anti-meritocratic, facilitating incompetence. I think now it's just that the dog had caught the car, which also happens cyclically as we refuse to aggressively address white supremacy.

If the Constitution is void, that means it's now void for EVERYONE (including the Trump administration). They don't have any rights either then, and so let's all proceed accordingly.

It appears the Republican Party is pulling all the switches they think will unbind them from democracy, so I don't think we can rely on a purely electoral way out of this. We all need to get into organizations, grow them, and facilitate mass mobilization.

Dems are finally more united on a message than Republicans, and they have material reality on their side.
My concern is that this means the Repub response will be to accelerate dictatorship plans, but perhaps the sooner we confront that fully, the better.

I think another reason this is effective is that it's forcing Repubs to remind everyone that they have no plan themselves to improve access to healthcare. Whenever they are asked for their alternatives, they say they have "ideas, concepts, etc." with nothing to back it up.
