Having seen @rcn.org.uk on UTV today, I am very impressed by the position of no derogation if strike action becomes a reality again

My colleagues deserve pay parity & I have no doubt they will fight and win when the time comes

The gauntlet has been laid at Stormonts feet!

No Doctor in the UK should start on less than an ANP or Physicians Associate

There's something very wrong with a system that allows this in our #NHS

I think doctors should get free university and in turn commit to the NHS for X years, hard enough being a doc in the UK, it maybe would feel a wee bit easier/valued if you didn’t have £100k of debt!

The law around the assault of emergency staff has to change.

Our job involves life and death but it cannot be accepted that we have to worry about our own when we go to work!
