Ideally not. With all taxes there's a legal incidence (satisfying the tax) and economic incidence (bearing the final cost). Normally tariffs would have to be paid at the US border, so it's easier for the sender to bear the legal incidence. This will be reflected in sender's price.

Identity and intention.

Identity: Shakespeare's writings were by Shakespeare. Unless they were by Francis Bacon, Christopher Marlowe or the 17th Earl of Essex. But probably Shakespeare.

Intent: I reckon the Book of Jonah is a satire with the point that God loves all humans, not just Jews.
