#WWE has kind of booked themselves into a corner re: the big belts. Roman held the title for literally almost 4 years, so to have Cody lose it in under a year seems nonsensical...while it's a nice change from previous booking...does it also make title matches anti climactic?

I have an absolutely bonkers #MLB conspiracy theory. I believe the #Dodgers spending the way they have been is part of a plan by the owners to justify to the players that a Salary Cap needs to be implemented in the next CBA. The disparity of teams spending this winter has been the most lopsided...

Genuinely curious to see what the #Nats do going forward. Got Lowe from TEX and signed Soroka, but that can't be it...right? RIGHT!??!

Also, I don't see how this deal ages poorly at this point. Soto is an all around great hitter. Elite understanding of the strike zone. Hits the other way. Hits for power, doesn't slump often/for extended periods. Sure, he'll be a DH maybe halfway thru the deal but there's worse outcomes.

The entitlement of some of these #Yankees fans tickles me. Soto is a sellout because he took the biggest deal? When, for years, yall got criticized endlessly for that? Stop it. Dude did what was best for him.

The point of having an owner like Steve Cohen is so you can spend good money after bad. For some #MLB owners, it's their only income stream. Which is kind the opposite of what owning a sports team should be. Cohen is doing it right. Soto will draw more fans and other players. Good for the #Mets.

People need to explain cologne/perfume commercials to me because they make no sense. Especially the Timothee Chalamet one. What the fuck is happening there?

Ohtani has 1 MVP in my personal record book. Can't be 'most valuable' if your team is 4th place annually.

Also, Wicked is about a talented person who looks different being gaslit by less talented/totally untalented people for subversive government purposes? Feels poignant. Might try reading those books...

The jets article in the Athletic was profoundly unsurprising. They will never win anything of significance with Woody Johnson owning this team. Good owners let their 'sport' guys make the 'sport' decisions and can admit when they don't know something. 'I've owned a team 25 years so I'm an expert'...

Well, deleted the other one and now I'm here. Hopefully some billionaire moron doesn't buy this platform too.
