I went into a bookshop today and there was a sign on the door that said ‘masks are encouraged, please consider wearing one’. It was so refreshing to see a sign like this.

We are so humbled to have met our donation goal of $500 after only two days after launching our ACA Wellington Mask Bloc donation page. Its so heartening that people believe in this cause so much that they are still willing to donate in a recession. We have set a new goal of $1000.

Wellington! Some of our Covid aware folks have set up a mask bloc.
This mask bloc can't run without the generosity of donors. Five dollars may mean that a checkout worker can take 5 masks that they can reuse for months.
