While classrooms struggle with cuts made by this government, the Minister is focused on attacking democracy. Our schools deserve investments, not legislation that silences communities.

Ontario’s edu unions have come together in opposition to Bill 33, recognizing the harm it will cause to our public system. Teachers & edu workers understand better than anyone the supports our schools need. I stand with them & will continue to advocate for stronger, properly funded public education.

I just realized that all of the out of town PC candidates can’t actually vote for themselves, because they don’t live in the riding in which they are running.

This gives me a small scrap of joy.

Also-you have 30 minutes!!! Vote!!!

I'm running in this election because I believe that Waterloo is worth fighting for. On health care, on housing, on education. And there are solutions, but they're not of any interest to Doug Ford.

Let's build a brighter future - together.

This year alone, public schools are receiving $1,500 less per student compared to 2018, when the Ford government was first elected. This is equivalent to $3.2 billion in cuts for the 2024-2025 school year.

Yet, Ford's govt will pay 1.4B to expand alcohol marketplace in Ontario.

Since 2018, Doug Ford's government has defunded education to the tune of over $1500/student. If you want to know exactly how much your school has lost this year, visit buildingbetterschools.ca. My kids' school has lost $952,765.10 this year! That's a LOT of ed workers, school supplies, and repairs!

Let’s think about this, #ontario. Has your life gotten better or worse over the last 6+ years of the Ford govt? It’s time for a change.

Schools are crumbling, ERs are closing and nurses and teachers are leaving their underfunded and underserved professions in droves.

It’s time to vote FORD OUT!
