It’s when you start to notice it happening too often (and throughout your whole life with family, school mates, teachers, friends, co-workers, etc) your brain really makes you wonder what’s wrong with you (“you” as in me, not personally you did that makes sense)

lol it’s either with friends or with customer/food service (like what happened today where the barista forgot my order so I waited 45-50 minutes) and I’m not the type to say something cause heck I have been there in food service so I get it (plus the barista was busy/looked flustered)

both cases were unintentional but damn I’ve been noticing that being forgotten by others is now becoming a trigger for me and it sets me into a mental funk.

Due to being quiet usually and not being the type to speak up/advocate for myself it makes people forget about me and it’s really sucks man
