The comic has a style that mimics the old Spy VS Spy comics of Mad Magazine. In this one, Mark Zuckerberg is the black spy, and Sam Altman is the white spy. Zuck hold a classic Zeppelin bomb, while Sam holds a stick of dynamite. Both spies have lists.
On Zuck’s side of the comic:
Zuckerberg’s OpenAI Poaching List:
-100 million dollars in cash and options to tempt OpenAI employees.
-chloroform in case kidnapping is required.
-night visiion google as Zuck things they make him look cool.
-Self propelled surfboards in case OpenAi employees need to be pirated on the open ocean instead of poached on Land.
-Dig up some of that private compromising data that Zuck has been storing on OpenAI employees since they were in college.
-Free Pass to Zuck’s Hawaii bunker in case of apocalypse. (Ironically, most likely caused by A Meta superintelligence)
-Remember not to eat what you poach!

On Sam’s side of the comic:
Sam Altman’s Meta Anti-Poaching list:
-Ring doorbell cams at every OpenAI location, constantly monitored by Sam.
-Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, and Messenger Jammers.
-Cultivate fake “star employees” for Meta
to hire, and to use as Trojan horses to sabotage Meta’s Superintelligence
-Place Jony Ive in protective custody
-Give employees printouts of all the Joy of Tech anti-Zuck comics from the last decade.
-Workplace perks like chefs, free food, and $100 million dollar hookers.

Panel One: The Mac with the smiling face on the screen says, “A long time ago, before many of you were born, personal computers were just being invented. They were created by a small team of dreamers hoping to change the world! They weren’t the tech-bros that we have now, people only interested in power and money. They were artists and engineers who wanted to make society a better place for everyone.”

Panel Two: The Mac remembers, “One of them was a guy named Bill Atkinson. Many call him the greatest programmer that ever was. He worked on making me, and created things like the menu bar, midpoint circle and dithering algorithms, RoundRects, MacPaint, QuickDraw, and HyperCard, which inspired the world wide web!”

Panel Three: A picture of Bill Atkinson appears on the screen, and the Mac continues, “He devised the code that lets computer windows overlap and be moved around, over and under each other, something we take for granted today! Atkinson created this feature, mistakingly thinking Xerox PARC had already achieved it. They were amazed when they found out he had done so!
Bill says, “Because I didn’t know it couldn’t be done, I was enabled to do it.”
