This is a fun one, the scene in Kim's bedroom is called クラウス自室, which translates to "Klaus' private room"...

Dr Doofenshmirtz to an image of Kim: Wow! If I had a nickel for every time Takahashi wrote a past incarnation of the protagonist called Klaus, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice. Right?

Continuing the Tanegashima topic, his debug room seems to call Big Joe's shop マック, which translates to "Mac". As Mac doesn't seem to refer to anything in the shop, I would assume this was considered as a name for Big Joe during development.

While documenting Xenogears' Debug Room for the Cutting Room Floor, I'm amazed at how many of the game's best sequences were handled by Takashi Tanegashima. If he was more well known, people who don't know how game development works can yell that he was the "real genius" behind the game.
