Had this animation loosely sketched like months ago, so i decided to tie it down since i'm still not too inspired to come up with new ideas for drawing. And tying down an animation is the perfect way to burn a lot of time

It's summer time, with my favorite old man from Cienie. I'm trying to improve my value composition and shapes, and i guess colors too. The things i think are my main weaknesses, so i'm happy with how this one turned out despite that

I bought some proper watercolor brushes and tested them out with my gouache paints because i was bored and i only have synthetic brushes. Which work great, but i wanted to try painting without sketching and for that i needed a brush that holds water better
