Heute ist wieder mein viermonatliches Kontroll-MRT. Mal sehen, ob das Vorasidenib tut, was es soll.
Gerade bin ich noch erstaunlich ruhig. Aber der Stress kommt schon noch – der ist zuverlässig wie die Radiologie. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Had my first pre-season game in goal yesterday. Crashed into an opponent right away. Thigh bruise and a bruise on my forehead, even with a helmet. Still feeling groggy today, but otherwise fine. At the doctor now.

Eisenbisglycinat ist gut verträglich, aber: Ohne Ferritinwert ist schwer zu beurteilen, ob und wie lange du’s brauchst.
Wichtig wäre, die Werte nach ein paar Wochen nochmal zu kontrollieren, um ggf. nachzujustieren.

Meld dich gern, wenn du ein Update hast.

– Ferritin fehlt; bei bleierner Müdigkeit und Hashimoto ein relevanter blinder Fleck.

Wichtig: Vor Substitution (z. B. B12, Eisen) mögliche Begleiterkrankungen beachten. Ich kann bspw. weder Eisen noch B12 einfach so nehmen.

Wie bereits angemerkt, ich bin kein Arzt, ist nur meine persönliche Meinung:

– TSH bei 0,21 mit mittigen freien Werten spricht eher für Überdosierung als Unterfunktion.
– B12 bei 227, im Vorjahr noch 320: klarer Abwärtstrend. Funktionell zu niedrig, Zielwert meist >500.

Ach das ist aber schon sehr lange her….
