Like I've said before, GenAI will not be stopped by regulation or advocacy - it'll be stopped by copyright infringement. Disney, Universal, & Warner Bros are suing Midjourney, not because of their diffusion model, but bc of their stolen training data.

Best believe that if they win, OpenAI is next.
