The worst part of me tell me that she’s made an excuse and didn’t respect me enough to tell me a harsh truth.

The better half says that I need to lead with empathy and care.

Just been fighting that battle for two weeks now whilst trying to stay fit, go to the gym and be good at my job 😂

Thing is this wasn’t even an online thing.

Met her in person, did everything “by the book”. Got commitment, met the pals, parents.

Then life just threw a curveball

The challenge is trying to remember that I care, be empathetic and try to manage bouncing between anger & confusion in the meantime.
