I have written a second essay on what it means to govern in a time of radical uncertainty, and the ability to respond to and cope with crises.

This blog post is a messy, imperfect, and personal reflection. I am sharing it nevertheless.

Lugano is the next stop. One of the few places I’ve wanted to return to since visiting last year for the first time. It’s a pretty special place - you’ll see why.
Now that I’m back on lower ground, the next destination beckons. Onwards!
That’s one steep descent to the bottom. Totally fine, all good here.
Way down we go. Coolest funicular ride ever.
Back to the village of Stoos. To continue onwards, I’ll have to ride the world’s steepest funicular for the rest of the journey.
Almost there…
Halfway down now…
Views on the way down are pretty darn good. What a place.
