Next year i’m intending not only to continue on with the video editing prepping up old unboxing bids and assembling random vid ideas i started but never had the courage to post to youtube, finishing setting up a library and dedicated gaming room, looking for more impromptu things to do with my family

So Arkham
With
M=1000
ILL can be read as 50-49
So 1000 ARKHAM 1
Or ARKHAM 1001
Or (my current favorite)
1000 Arkham ill (referring to the number of patients)

Hear me out, a tactical strategy RPG in the Marvel universe focused around the X-men/mutants in the style of 3 houses. Your characters affiliation choices are professor X’s school for the gifted,a government funded training facility that trains young mutants for a X-force team,or Magnetos acolytes

Switch owners dicked again due to Nintendo’s lack of foresight/caring.
Sadly i wouldn’t be surprised if Nintendo making a system that doesn’t permit such upgrades is due to whatever money they get from eshop transactions.

Reminder that if you own Little Nightmares, the Enhanced Edition is available for free starting today (already live on Steam) buff.ly/Swx4srO

Free upgrade isn't available for Switch users

Misleading survey analysis gives clickbait title. The keyword in the survey is “new” which not only eliminates used(and digital for some people) but possibly any game purchases that aren’t recent releases.
nshade666.bsky.social
Wow what a load of…the key here is “new” game which eliminates used and digital media.

I Still have the original and am not interested in paying full price to double dip on a game i bought but have yet to start. Maybe if they had included a discounted upgrade path🧐

l've often heard that “icy" is the easiest word to spell.

Looking at it now, I see why.

Right there with you on ALL points, and might i add please give us some OAV style special episodes or a movie covering the short prequel/gaiden about Louis as well.

I would absolutely get a Steamdeck immediately IF i could just easily access GOG galaxy on it out of the box without having to putz around with the damn thing(bonus points if when outputting to a tv i could get full use out of my steam controller through it)

@nepitandi.bsky.social finally talked me into watching Yona of the Dawn with her,and the topic of a videogame adaptation came up.Although I initially was of the mind a Tales style RPG would fit best I now find myself convinced a Musou game would be better especially covering the anime chapters

Important note! Get the original while you can.

Everyone should own System Shock 2. It's $4 on GOG right now and DRM-free!

Had to quickly check to make sure this was already in my library thanks for the heads up though.

I need to play both this and the first game.sadly with no console upgrade path for replayee ill probably stick to the OG and then do impossible lair.

Another season another reason for making wooper
nshade666.bsky.social
Seems like it was probably like then as i believe it was one of the original flavors and the later flavor with that color was the green apple
nshade666.bsky.social
Yup i added it to my library and the donation to my wishlist(so i won’t forget to pay if it turns out anywhere near as good as i hope it will)
nshade666.bsky.social
I picked it up full price a while back and the only regret i have is not getting the more expensive version which had individual soundtracks for each game(im a sucker for fun game music)

Princess Quest however looks charming, even if not quite up to how i remember the classics in terms of writing its gameplay seems to hit all the right places.thanks for the recommendation. Unfortunately, it will have to sit in my backlog until the economic demons relent enough for a new PC
nshade666.bsky.social
Tbh thats what I’m afraid of. Many of the modern sequels and even new games by classic creators(Richard Garriott, Roberta Williams, etc) have been truly disappointing if not painful experiences
nshade666.bsky.social
I heard of slay the princess(but have yet to play it),but not them in particular. On your recommendation though i will gladly give a follow.
On a tangentially related note have you tried Hero U yet? Its been in my backlog forever but every time i think I’m ready to try it something comes up
nshade666.bsky.social
Yup,can we say relationship goals?well, at least for young me they were😁
nshade666.bsky.social
Yes,i saw somebody else mentioned pc game expansions. I do like the convenience of the “D” in DLC,but it does feel like it quickly turned the idea of game expanding content first into a way to nickel and dime customers and then into fleshy arteries for parasites to suck from(games as service)

The husband and wife team(The Cole’s) that made those games, as well as the other high profile Sierra creators, felt like they were from the golden era EA often said they wanted where game devs would be treated like rockstars and the games like the latest albums from those artists.
