After a long hiatus (so long that Roll20 put the campaign in cold storage), I'm prepping for more Greyhawk '76.
In order to save some NPC creation time (and kick the tires on #DnD2024), I'm reviewing the generically generic "monsters" (e.g. scout, tough, spy, berserker).

I haven't played Mutants & Masterminds since 1st edition. It was hella crunchy, though it sounds like it's become increasingly streamlined over the years.
