I have bounced this project from sqlite to postgeesql twice now without any care based on convienince of deployment options I was evaluating. No effort, no pain.

Yeah, 100%. I'll never accept another position without understanding the inferrence budget it comes with, and verify with potential team mates. I can't imagine working without AI anymore.

Trump’s a fascist, but no he didn’t disgrace the National Prayer Breakfast. It *is* a disgrace. Yes it’s “bi-partisan,” if GOP dominated. It is also a private Christian nationalist event produced by an organization tied to 1/2 the dictators of the last 80 years. & literal Nazis.

The chat env is for "who was that guy in that movie about the thing" or free form ideation, not really much more. I think people who don't believe in where all this is going are just looking at chat.

I should do this. We have our own tool and I have GBs of logs per machine across 4 I thnk. The numbers must be unreal. very agent heavy.

My experience is no subagents is worse. The solutions that "trust the model" to do it all do not perform better. Specialized agents with specific tasks and focused context composed with a good orchestrator when paired with a model that understands delegation 👨🍳💋

Depends. Took me ~ a month of time to build a full page builder focused on portfolios, a bespoke Adobe Portfolio replacement for my daughter. Weekends mostly. Also not exactly vibe coding, very inferrence heavy. Deployment to Azure still unsuccessful and the llms keep telling me to use Vercel.
