Marathon #running question. My Runna program has me way faster than I’ve ever done. I’m hitting the paces. My question what would you prefer going for it potentially blowing up and hating life or a comfortably hard pace but maybe leaving minutes on the course?

I believe @dennycarter.bsky.social recently said movies should be 90 minutes tops. I was flipping on HBO as the family went to sleep early. Every movie 2hours plus. That’s a two night event for me.

Ages ago (15+ years) the Phils sold this Phanatic ornament. My brother and his family had one they loved, but lost along with everything else in the CA fires last year. I can't find one anywhere online.
