I guess if you wait until the early morning, let the fog roll in, and then squint and tilt your head, it might look like a war zone here.

First Legion Timerunner complete.

Back during TBC, Seralin was a Blood Elf alt meant solely for experiencing Quel'thalas. It remains one of my favorite areas in the game, and since Aethmal was stuck being an Undead, she provided the perfect view into that part of the world.
There's a lot of switching to Linux going on right now. Love to see it.
I created Aethmal in 2001 and Seralin in 2002. They both started out as characters for EverQuest, but have been my main OCs for most everything since. There's also an extended family tree of characters that I dip into regularly, but never with the frequency that I come back to Aethmal and Seralin.
Of course, after finally beating Chronos for the first time, the story decides to go in a direction that hits a particular soft spot for me at the moment. So I guess I have to finish it now...
I keep hearing this. As someone who did not enjoy the first, it's making it tempting to give it a try a bit down the road.
I don't think I'm going to force myself to beat it like I did the first game. With it already feeling like a slog, I don't look forward to having to do multiple runnings beating the game just to get the real ending.
Hades 2 is a much better game than the original, but it still suffers the same pain points for me. By the time I'm ready to focus on the last boss, I'm bored of the process to get to him. 30-45 minutes of gameplay that starts to put me to sleep, just for a few minutes of fighting.
Love this piece so much!
I'm starting to work through my homework assignments in my dreams while I nap. I don't know how I feel about this...
A little late for Monday, but all the same!

First Timerunner down, 11 more to go!
I hope one day we have a COVID vaccine that doesn't give me 24 hours of feeling truly awful. Although it has been good excuse to catch up on sleep.
Guess it's time for the monthly reminder of how much of the Internet is reliant on Amazon not having issues with their servers.
Back when I did freelance web development, I didn't enjoy but still had to use Javascript for many layouts I was implementing. It's a weird feeling seeing how just about anything I did back then can now be done in pure CSS.

Flexbox and grid CSS features have been a game changer.
WoW's limit seems to be that you can lose your plot after some time, but your house is always saved. So even if you lose the land it's on, you can get a different one and plunk your house back down just as it was.

Not sure if this only for public neighborhoods, or private ones too.
Every time I think about going back to the game, I’m reminded that my house is long gone due to not having a subscription. And it makes me sad, as I spent a lot of time getting that plot and designing it.

I don’t think I can ever go back and play again knowing that it’s all lost.
Rest in peace, Sam Rivers. You were a huge inspiration to me as a bassist, and I’ll always enjoy going back to listen to you and Wes riff off each other.

The possibility of working at JPL was a primary driver for me to go back to school. It is painful to now watch it get gutted, along with what is happening at every other scientific agency in this country.

We'll be paying for this for at least a generation.
Legion Remix giving me the perfect opportunity to go back and play as Aethmal and Seralin in their pre-Void Elf days. Great opportunity to lean heavy on that Blood Elf background, with the wonderful heritage armor available to them.

My original answer? 1.

My answer when I saw their's an achievement mount for leveling every class to 80? All of them...
My two cats are doing their best to defend the house against them! Although I think the bugs are learning to stay higher up on the walls where they can drive the cats mad...
First graduate homework: design a chip for tracking days of months on a Martian calendar. This can't be bad...

- Martian Decade: 6 669-sol years and 4 668-sol years.
- Leap Years: Odd-numbered years or years divisible by 10.
- Average Year Length: 668.6 sols.

More Leap Years than non...

Ok then.
What absolute idiocy this all is…
