Now you have to go to a website - that they only give you in the small print or a QR which I can't scan with my laptop - and enter a bunch of info and they make you verify your phone which seems like an excessive info grab but I'm getting my $40, motherfuckers.

Apparently my flea and tick and heartworm meds have decided to stop doing instant rebates at the vet's office because it meant too many people were getting the rebates.

I stack up reuseable boxes because it's reduce REUSE recycle and it's nice to be able to tell someone "I have a whole bunch!" when they're looking for moving boxes, but I also don't collapse them (saves tape!) so they usually suck up a lot of space in my living room. Sucks when people flake!

Are they shredding the fabric? I can try sending a couple with some heavier fabrics I have - some canvas and denim. They're not as pretty but they should hold up longer

Hm. Dakjuk definitely cooked! Overcooked, really, but that was to be expected. Not as tasty? But I also used bag chicken instead of leftover roasted and not as much as I has used the first time. For low effort hot morning meal, not bad?

Right? Theoretically the state based site that the folks in my region used is all based on herbarium records etc and VA would have those records a lot earlier than like Michigan probably but it’s still going to be fractured. And plant populations will have shifted so much!

Ugh, patchouli. That’s a smell that I didn’t know what it was for years other than I couldn’t stand it. Glad it wasn’t a thing amongst post uni friends

Fun fact about me: covid messed up how I perceive certain smells and weed is one that smells completely different now (less bad, thankfully. Dog farts are worse and I live with two dogs 😭). I really wonder if the effect is the same for skunk.

Like, I don’t want to get up to get the 100 steps I need to goal but also, it’s just 100 steps but getting up will get the dogs up unless I pace in the bathroom and that’s just weird although I did forget to take those pills so I guess I could get up and do that ugh
