Heads up for P@yp@l users in the US - they're updating their terms etc. for how to use business vs. personal accounts

Basically, they're gonna restrict the type of activities each account can do. E.g., if you primarily use a business account (say for selling comms), you can't send funds to a friend

Paypal Policy change document outlining Personal Account usage, text reads as follows:

"If you are establishing your PayPal account primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, you are required to open a personal account. With a personal account you can do things like: Send personal transactions to and request personal transactions from friends and family. Buy goods and services. Receive and hold money in a linked Balance Account or transfer it to a linked bank account or debit card if you do not open a Balance Account.

Personal accounts may be subject to fees that differ from the fees applicable to business accounts. Certain features associated with business accounts may not be available for personal accounts. If the activity associated with your personal account primarily involves business or commercial activity, PayPal may close your account unless you agree to cease the business or commercial activity or convert your personal account to a business account.

Paypal Policy change document outlining Business Account usage, text reads as follows:
