I minorly sprained my ankle on T-giving and have been trying to nurse it back to health before my NYC trip Thurs.
it's feeling OK considering, but I can't get the rest of my leg to relax. It's always tense b/c I'm worried about re-injuring so by the end of the day I feel like a kid w/ growing pains
