Breakfast frittata burritos! Frittaritos? Brittatas? Technically brunch so the cerveza felt right. Sausage, peppers, onions, eggs spiced with garlic, oregano, and cumin, topped with sharp white cheddar (best I had). I feel like the fanciest frat boy on the quad today!
