Fugitech can use any 4 images (idle, speaking, muted and deafened) for PNGTuber use although it does need a Discord login and defaults to using your Discord pfp at first but you can customise every image you use to whatever you like and use it in an OBS browser source! Hope this helps out at all!

PNGTuber+ is very handy for making fully animated PNGs for PNGTubing but Fugitech is very easy to understand for simple PNG usage!
