We're trying something new: converting official results from Pennsylvania municipal elections in November 2025. With the assistance of LLMs (both coding & OCR), we've produced county-level results for ALL races for 55 of 67 counties:

If you've been following our precinct-level data closely, you might have noticed some updates last week! We've now added Hawaii, New Mexico, and Kansas to the 2024 dataset. Check out all of our available states on our GitHub: buff.ly/k6S0zTU
A hex map of the United States, titled "Progress of 2024 precinct data." Most states are still colored grey, indicating that our team hasn't yet cleaned and posted their precinct-level election results. 17 states are now bright pink, indicating that we HAVE collected, cleaned, and posted their data! Pink states are: MT, MN, SD, NH, IL, KY, TN, VA, DE, NC, SC, DC, FL, NM, OK, KS, and HI.

The @nytimes.com just posted an updated version of their detailed map of the 2024 election results, with the data available for download. This is invaluable in part because funding constraints have slowed down academic efforts at releasing precinct-level results. www.nytimes.com/interactive/...

Borden County, Texas, has a population of ~720 according to the Census Bureau. About two-thirds are registered to vote.

Turnout in 2024 was 16.4 percent.

In one precinct it was 7 percent.
