Not taking HRT is unsafe for trans people who need it, with or without medical supervision lol
Why is the risk of dysphoria never weighed against the risk of taking a natural hormone?
(hormones which are actually much safer than the OTC meds Katie mentions!)

Sometimes I hate myself for the kind of gameplay ideas I have, coding this tumbling block physics with the screws was SOO hard
